1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• You initiate the return through your NexusStore account or by contacting our support team.
• Certain items (e.g., personalised products, digital downloads, opened beauty items) are excluded from returns for hygiene and copyright reasons.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

All content on NexusStore — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and code — is the property of NexusStore or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
